We gifted a computer to Irena Stanojević, a sixth-grade student from Vitina, as a reward for her excellent school results and to encourage her further studies. She has already participated in numerous math competitions, earning significant awards while proudly representing her school.

Irena and her brother are the only students from Vitina attending “Mladen Marković” Elementary School. Their childhood is spent mostly in the church yard and school playground. Other children travel from nearby villages, making school the only place where Irena can socialize with peers.
Kosovska Vitina
Twenty years ago, Vitina had up to four classes per grade. Today, Irena and her friend Strahinja make up the entire sixth-grade class.
Support and attention for students and teachers in such communities is crucial to help preserve the shrinking Serbian population. Children need care and proper conditions to learn and develop their talents.
We invite you to join us in supporting children from Kosovo and Metohija and help make their childhood brighter.
