Volunteers of the Kosovo Pomoravlje Humanitarian Organization Provide Firewood for Two Vulnerable Families

Volunteers of the Kosovo Pomoravlje Humanitarian Organization have secured firewood, through financial support, for two vulnerable families from Kosovo Pomoravlje who found themselves in difficult circumstances ahead of the winter season.

Support for the five-member Stanković family from Donje Korminjane

The Stanković family from Donje Korminjane, in the municipality of Kosovska Kamenica, lives in very difficult conditions without stable income or employment. Relying on social assistance and meals from the community kitchen, their only hope for the coming winter was the kindness of good people willing to help them prepare for the cold months.

Thanks to the efforts of our volunteers, the family received firewood worth 30,000 RSD, ensuring a safer and warmer winter.

Helping single mother Slađana Stojković from Pasjane

The Stojković family lives in Pasjane near Gnjilane. Single mother Slađana and her son Dimitrije lost their husband and father the pillar of their home two years ago. With a family pension of only 21,000 RSD and necessary medical therapy due to health issues, Slađana struggles every month to cover even the most basic expenses.

Our volunteers also provided this family with firewood worth 30,000 RSD, helping them stay warm during the coldest days of winter.
