Vidovdan campaign – Students from Belgrade and Banja Luka for children from Kosovo and Metohija
1. October 2025.
On the eve of the great Vidovdan holiday, members of our organization visited the “Kolibri” kindergarten in Parteš, where they donated kitchen equipment for the kindergarten and surprised the children with new toys. We are especially glad that this action was made possible thanks to a joint donation from students of the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade and their colleagues from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Banja Luka.
Through their dedication, young people from Belgrade and the Republic of Srpska showed that love for their people and care for their community go beyond all difficulties and limitations we face today due to various political and social circumstances. In the past few months, within the action “A Smile for Kosovo and Metohija”, led for many years by the student organization Serbian Political Forum, they collected funds to help the Serbian community in Kosovo and Metohija. During this campaign, several humanitarian cultural, educational, and entertainment events dedicated to Serbian cultural and historical heritage in Kosovo and Metohija were organized in Belgrade and Banja Luka.
We sincerely thank our brothers and friends from Banja Luka and Belgrade for their cooperation and support. Our wish is to continue helping educational institutions, contributing to a healthier and happier childhood for our children, while also preserving our identity and connection with our people. We hope that today’s action will inspire many, especially our young compatriots, to support our humanitarian mission and encourage young people to remain in Kosovo and Metohija.
