Jovan and Nikola Play Their First Notes on a New Accordion!
A professional accordion arrived this week from Italy to Parteš, Kosovo and Metohija, allowing the Stojković brothers to continue their musical education.
For months, many kind-hearted people worked together to help make the dreams of Kosovo and Metohija’s most talented young accordion players come true. The campaign for the Stojković brothers united people from across the country and abroad, showing that anything is possible when we support one another.
Jovan and Nikola Stojković and their family reached out to our organization for help in acquiring a professional second-hand accordion, which Jovan needed to enroll in high school music studies. To our great joy, thanks to the generous response from donors, €9,150 was raised—enough to purchase a brand-new accordion, which at the start of the campaign had only been a dream.
