This year, thanks to your support, we managed to bring joy to children in the municipality of Istok. Many little ones warmly welcomed us at the elementary school in Osojane, the largest Serbian village in this part of Metohija. After a short chat with the locals, we handed out gift packages, and the children expressed heartfelt gratitude for the visit and the presents.
Our next stop was Crkolez, a small village tucked under Mokra Gora. Despite poor roads and rainy weather, nothing could stop us from bringing smiles to our young friends in this heroic village. At the local elementary school, all the students gathered to greet us. Raised to be modest, strong, and brave, when we asked if they needed anything, they simply replied: “Just one more football.”
So, the gift-giving had to wait until the end of a very intense football match between the boys and girls of Crkolez.
